His background in finance, risk management and business analytics enables him to turn complex operational challenges into clear, practical solutions that deliver lasting value.

He remains passionate about building a culture where people are trusted, empowered and supported to succeed. He believes that the strongest client relationships are built on honesty, collaboration and consistently delivering on promises.
